The summit ridge finally coming into view, with a massive crack in its lower third. The ridge makes the climb famous. You climb the face (30-50 degree snow and alpine ice) to the ridge, then follow the knife edge to the top for 400 feet. I suppose you could just climb directly up the thing to the summit, which would be fun.
