We headed down the route in rising temps and softening snow. It was an easy half hour or less walk down to Hidden Valley, with a nice, steep seat glissade at one point, if you were so inclined, or reclined, as the case might have been.
We all needed a little space, I think. Jeff H. and I walked together for a little while, then I let him go out front. This is a shot of Jeff K. coming down the Valley to our snowshoe and booze cache at a rock in the middle of the Valley. There we met a group of three who had done the West Face earlier that day. |
